Raymond G. Sanchez has practiced law in New Mexico for fifty five years. He earned his Bachelor Degree from the University of New Mexico in 1964 and his J.D. from UNM in 1967. Mr. Sanchez was a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives for thirty years and he was the Speaker of the New Mexico House of Representatives for sixteen years. His practice is principally focused on government relations and personal injury. Mr. Sanchez also appears regularly before most public regulatory agencies in New Mexico.
He is recognized as an outstanding negotiator and mediator, as well as an accomplished trial lawyer. Many private parties and courts call upon him to mediate difficult cases. Together with Mr. Desiderio, he has handled complex business transactions in New Mexico, California and Nevada.
Mr. Sanchez has served on several boards and commissions including President NALEO, NM Board of Regents and the National Speakers Conference. He has received numerous national and state service awards.
