
Janette Angelica Duran joined the firm as a law clerk in 2019 and became an associate attorney after being admitted to the New Mexico bar in November 2020. Her practice areas include business formation, contracts, estate planning, probate, and taxation.
Janette graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law in May of 2020. While in law school she was an editor of the New Mexico Law Review and, along with her partner, won Third Place overall and Best Written Submission in the 2018 national Law Student Tax Challenge.
Janette is a native New Mexican with strong roots in central and northern New Mexico. She enjoys cooking, painting, and taking walks with her dog.
